Edit terminal

To edit a terminal you must select the desired terminal. To do this you will have to access Terminals, where you will be presented with a list of all the terminals inserted up to now. You can then double-click on the desired terminal or select the terminal and click the OK button.

You should edit the data you want and click Confirm to complete editing the data.

 

Order → Numeric field to indicate which terminals will appear first (terminal order). This field must be unique;

 

Code → Numeric field to identify the terminals. This field must be unique;

 

Name → intended name for the terminal;

 

Locations → Associate the terminal with its location. This list is populated with the locations that are created on the Places tab;

 

Hardware ID → Hardware Terminal ID;

 

Printers → Associate the printer with the terminal. This list is populated with the printers that are created on the Devices tab;

 

Thermal Printer → Associate the thermal printer with the terminal. This list is populated with the printers that are created on the Devices tab;

 

Client Display → Associate client display to the terminal. This list is populated with the client displays that are created on the Devices tab;

 

Scale → Associate a scale to the terminal. This list is populated with the scales that are created on the Devices tab;

 

Bar Code Reader → Associate a bar code reader with the terminal. This list is populated with the Input Devices that are created on the Devices tab;

 

Card Reader → Associate a barcode reader with the terminal. This list is populated with the Input Devices that are created on the Devices tab;

 

Off → With this option selected, the terminal will not be displayed in the terminal list of the POS.
