Insert customer

Through a simple and intuitive form, the user enters all the customer data. To do so, the user clicks Insert in the toolbar below to access the form.

You must fill in at least the required fields to create a new client (these fields are in the red background color).

You can click OK to complete the operation.

Details

Order → Numeric field to indicate which customers will appear first. This field must be unique;

 

Code → Numeric field to identify the subfamily. This field must be unique;

 

Name → Customer name;

 

Tax Number → Customer Tax Number;

 

Discount → Associate the discount with its client. This list is populated with the discount types that are created on the Discount Group tab;

 

Type of price → Associate the price type with its customer, it is possible to associate with the customer the type of price that will be applied to the same;

 

Type of customers → Associate the type of customer with its client. This list is populated with the types of clients that are created on the Client Type tab;

 

Date of birth → Client's date of birth;

 

Card number → Customer card number;

 

Off → With this option selected, the client will not be displayed in the POS client list;

 

Address

Enter the address, place, postal code and city of the client.

 

 

Contacts

Insertion of customer contacts such as: telephone, fax, mobile phone and email.
