Insert Payment Method

Through a simple and intuitive form the user enters all the data related to the methods of payment. To do so, the user clicks Insert in the toolbar below to access the form.

 

You must fill in at least the required fields to create a new payment method (these fields are in the red background color). You can click OK to complete the operation.

Order → Numeric field to indicate which payment methods will appear first (order of payment methods). This field must be unique;

 

Code → Numeric field to identify payment methods. This field must be unique;

 

Name → The desired name for the payment method;

 

Key → Identification of payment method;

 

Acronym → Word formed with the initial letters or syllables of a sequence of words;

 

Symbol → Symbol of payment method;

 

Off → With this option selected, the payment method will not appear in the POS payment method list.
