•Type of Movement: represents the type of movement possible to be performed by the client, for example, take away, own consumption, etc.

•Units of Measurement: represents the units of measure used in the establishment.

•Size Units: represents the size units that are used in the facility.

•Holidays: list of holidays to consider.
