The Reports item allows you to view documents that describe activities that have been developed or are still under development for a certain period of time. Provides, through a search, information required by the user.

 

To access the reports, the user must click Reports in the main menu area.

 

The Report window allows you to:

 

Consult Financial Reports (summary) - reports with filtered sales and with summary of the operation performed.

 

By choosing the desired report the user will be able to search for dates and other filters ( see in Researches ). The document with the desired report is then generated. See the example of the sales per day report.

 

 

View Financial Reports (Detailed) - reports with filtered sales and details of operations performed.

View Financial Reports (Detailed / Grouped) - Reports with filtered sales and grouped details of the transactions performed.

Auxiliary Tables - Reports with the Listings of Clients and Articles by Families and Subfamilies.

Auxiliary Tables - reports with audit information (all operations carried out in the application) and Commodity Movements.
