To edit a series, you must select the desired series. For this you will have to access the Series, where you will be presented with a list of all the series inserted so far. You can then double-click the desired series or select the series and click the Edit button. You must edit the data you want and click OK to complete editing the data.

 

Series → Associate the fiscal year opening to the respective series. This list is populated with the fiscal year openings that are created on the Fiscal Year Opening tab;

 

Document Type → Associate the document type with its series;

 

Designation → Name intended for the series;

 

Acronym / Identification → Series identification;

 

Next number → Define the number in which the series counts start;

 

Lower limit → The number of series can not be less than the set number;

 

Upper limit → The number of series can not be higher than the set number;
